ASYLUM X

Asylum X is an advanced contemporary multi-line flagship store in Bahrain. The founders of the womenswear brick-and-mortar store looked to Scaling Retail for a suite of fully-encompassing services. These services included market entry strategy, business modelling, OTB planning, organizational infrastructure, cash flow planning, hiring and more.

We attended market in Paris and New York with the store’s owners to establish relationships between them and key designers and showrooms. We also placed the buys for the opening of the store- including buying from brands like Vivetta, Nanushka and Jonathan Simkhai.
