When Eden & Cruz came to us for consulting services, we quickly uncovered a host of serious issues connected to their manufacturer at the time. So we introduced Naomi to a network of partners to resolve the issues. These partners included lawyers, a new designer and a new manufacturer.

We examined a cross section of industry sectors to create the first MLM business focused on the wellness and fashion space. We developed the brand’s DNA and identity and executed a market analysis to hone their positioning. Then we moved into merchandising and product development, assisting with assortment planning, fabric sourcing and white labeling. Finally, we finished strong, developing the market entry strategy and event programming cadence before launching the Eden & Cruz website (complete with creative direction and UI/UX website development).
