FLAT 128

Flat 128 was a multi-line flagship store in Manhattan’s West Village.

When fashion industry newcomer, Elizabeth DuBois, approached us to make her brick-and-mortar store concept a reality, we were excited for the challenge. The first of its kind in NYC, Flat 128 was an accessories and lifestyle store offering British imports.

We consulted on everything from business modeling and OTB planning to floor planning and market entry strategy for the NYC flagship. We also worked with Elizabeth on cash flow and financial projections, project management and CEO mindset coaching. Finally, event programming was planned and a separate revenue stream – an on-site office space for freelancers.

Flat 128 stood out in many ways. They carried stylish brands like Alix of Bohemia and even featured one of the very first Bitcoin ATM machines.

“Syama helped me open a retail store from start to finish. From the business plan, to buying strategies, to website development – Syama was there at each stage to keep me on track. She is incredibly professional, organized, and a detailed oriented person, but most importantly was a huge support system throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t have been able to take on this enormous venture without her as she provided the skills, knowledge, and personal contacts to help me accomplish my dream.” – Owner Elizabeth DuBois
