When a fashion industry newcomer approached us to make her brick-and-mortar boutique store concept a reality, we were excited for the challenge. The first of its kind in NYC, this specialized boutique was launched as an accessories and lifestyle store offering British imports. We consulted on everything from business modeling and OTB planning to floor planning and market entry strategy for the NYC flagship.
We also worked with them on cash flow and financial projections, project management and CEO mindset coaching. Finally, event programming was planned and a separate revenue stream – an on-site office space for freelancers. This small boutique stood out in many ways. They carried stylish brands like Alix of Bohemia and even featured one of the very first Bitcoin ATM machines.
