Industrie Africa launched in 2018 as portal for connecting designers across Africa and a tool for the fashion agency, but it had the potential for so much more. CEO & founder Nisha Kanabar saw that potential and, wanting to add an e-commerce and sales component, she turned to the team at Scaling Retail to take Industrie Africa to the next level.

We worked behind the scenes to create a marketing and e-commerce strategy that brought Africa’s designers together in once accessible marketplace, while also highlighting the innovation and quality of each brand. In 2020, Industrie Africa rolled out the new online retail destination combining shopping, content, and community.

Scaling Retail crafted business and operational strategies and advised on marketing plans to promote this next evolution of the global online marketplace.
