Approaching Scaling Retail with a need to reposition, CEO Karen Graffo’s basis in sourcing fine Italian linens in a boutique e-commerce store as a brand was further explored, expanded and developed out.
Through brand repositioning, K.Graffo launched forward with a story of sustainable comfort. We created a Brand DNA and Brand Identity to position the brand as a modern and iconic luxury home brand. By capturing the founder’s unique voice as an eco-conscious, sophisticated homemaker, the storytelling was pivoted to position the brand’s products as becoming future classics.
