Lulu Dharma is a multi-million dollar growth stage accessories brand sold on network television shows (Good Morning America, The View) and traditional wholesale and DTC channels.

We encouraged them to boost their wholesale strategy and developed full-price and off-price business models. Then the founders were coached on how to leverage data and drive digital marketing; a newsletter strategy was soon introduced.

Finally, we spearheaded internal capacity building for new hires and technology systems for the infrastructure we introduced.
