We began with the essentials, reconfiguring brand DNA, identifying core customers and providing management coaching for a CEO mindset. Then we coached the founder through the expansion of her team, providing best practices for hiring.
We completed the project by giving them a custom marketing strategy – complete with elevated website initiatives – and personalized sales analysis and strategy for their e-commerce business.
