Rhode is an LA/NY based contemporary womenswear brand specializing in “getaway wear”.

Rhode is an advanced contemporary womenswear brand of “getaway” wear, designed for trotting the globe or channeling vacation vibes at home. The co-founders of the brand looked to Scaling Retail for CEO coaching – including mental frameworks, best practices in navigating showrooms and the art of negotiation. We also introduced capacity building and interviewed their core team of new hires.

Our team developed a distribution strategy to maximize sales in e-commerce and wholesale, and a marketing strategy leveraging innovative funnels to drive ROIs. We also consulted on the brand’s new category extensions. Year-over-year Holiday Season results for 2016-2017 saw a 3.8x increase in online traffic, a 5.3x increase in transactions and a 3x increase in wholesale revenue. Rhode is carried by leading industry retailers including Moda Operandi and MATCHESFASHION.COM.

In late 2018, our founder took on an interim-president position to guide the expansion of the team.
