Women’s athletic shapewear brand, Sela Fit, came to Scaling Retail with a pre-existing website and brand. Recognizing a much bigger opportunity, we shifted their course through a rebrand and repositioning – brand DNA and identity included. Targeting an entirely new market, the new strategy encompassed a fresh assortment plan, logo development and visual asset and packaging design.
Our agency introduced key partners – including the company’s current PR team – and provided capacity building, leading to the addition of a co-founder. We spearheaded the creative direction and UI/UX development for Sela Fit’s new website, and provided valuable insights on business modeling and trends in direct-to-consumer behavior.
