The Vale Collective launched as a mixed use concept store combining women’s clothing with a café and art gallery. They looked to our agency to go from concept to launch.

We consulted on the brick-and-mortar store launch, then strategized e-commerce as a secondary channel. Services included everything from market entry and wholesale strategy to organizational infrastructure, OTB planning, capacity building and consulting on website development.
